About Us: YMUN Korea 2014 Press Corps

The Press Corps is a special committee that provides a unique perspective to a Model UN and is an important component of every delegate's experience at the YMUN Korea conference.  As model international journalists, our press delegates will not debate in committee sessions. Instead, they will be investigating and reporting on the debate in the committee by observing committee sessions, interviewing delegates, and ‘spying’ on unmoderated caucuses, amongst other things. The Press Corps will produce daily articles on the YMUN Korea 2014 blog titled ‘ROK and ROLL’, social media updates, slideshows, and videos of all the serious, important, and funny things that happen during the conference. A new development for the YMUN Korea conferences, the Press Corps team seeks to create a fresh and innovative press experience for the secretariat and the delegates of YMUN Korea 2014.
